Digital Orders in eBudde

  Shipped or Donated Girl Delivery or In Hand
Customer Payment
  • Money credits to the troop immediately.
  • Amount reduces the amount that the troop owes to Council.
  • Money credits to the troop immediately.

On Girl Order Tab

Click on an individual girl.

  • Look for checkmark under DOC heading.
  • Look for one of the following under the Comment heading:
    • SHIP, indicating a shipped order.
    • DON, indicating a donated order.

Click on an individual girl.

  • Look for checkmark under DOC heading.
  • Look for one of the following under the Comment heading:
    • DLVR, indicating a girl delivery order.
    • INHAND, indicating an order fulfilled with cookies in hand (as in at a Booth Sale).
On Transactions Tab
  • Look for codes beginning “DOC” under the Receipt heading.
  • Click on a transaction to see the cookies ordered.
  • Note that you do NOT see which girl made the sale.
On Payments Tab
  • Look under the Bank heading for “DOC Bank.”
  • Look under the Ref. Number heading for codes beginning “DOC.”
  • Following the “DOC” code, find details on how the order is fulfilled:
    • SHIP, indicating a shipped order.
    • DON, indicating a donated order.
    • DLVR, indicating a girl delivery order.
    • INHAND, indicating an order fulfilled with cookies in hand (as in at a Booth Sale).
  • Note that you do NOT see which girl made the sale.
On Sales Report Tab

Under Pkgs Received

  • Look for codes beginning “DOC.”
  • Find all digital cookies that were ordered for shipment or donation.

Under Payments Made

  • Look for codes under the Reference subheading that begin “DOC.”
  • Following the “DOC” code, find details on how the order is fulfilled:
    • SHIP, indicating a shipped order.
    • DON, indicating a donated order.
    • DLVR, indicating a girl delivery order.
    • INHAND, indicating an order fulfilled with cookies in hand (as in at a Booth Sale).
On Reports Tab

Find four different reports that pertain specifically to digital orders:

Report What It Includes
DOC Added Girl Lists all girls who have added digital cookie accounts.
DOC Orders by Girl Lists all orders, including variety, sold by each girl. See page 57 of Troop Manual.
DOC Financial Report by Girl

Lists the payment amounts for all orders, organized by girl. See page 57 of Troop Manual.

  • Indicates whether Girl Delivery orders were fulfilled with IN Hand cookies.
  • Does NOT include variety.
Girl Delivery - Varieties Only - By Girl

Lists varieties of cookies sold by each girl for delivery only, including the date sold. See page 58 of the Troop Manual.

  • The Order Detail tab (at the bottom of the spreadsheet) shows orders individually.
  • The Recap tab (at the bottom of the spreadsheet) shows the total for all orders, by girl and variety.
