There are four different kinds of digital sales. They are indicated in eBudde by the following codes:

• SHIP, indicating a shipped order.
• DON, indicating a donated order.
• DLVR, indicating a girl delivery order.
• INHAND, indicating an order fulfilled with cookies in hand (as in at a Booth Sale).

With digital sales, girls accept credit card payment for the cookies they sell.

No matter which category of digital sales (shipped, donated, girl delivery, or in hand), the money is credited to the troop immediately, reducing the amount that the troop owes to council.

You do not need to do anything! Shipped and Donated sales are recorded automatically in eBudde.

Everything you need to turn in is listed on the End of Sales Reminders Sheet.

Go to the Sales Report tab in eBudde. Look for the field titled “Amount You Owe Council” at the bottom of the right column.
